What We’ve Done..

Through The Freighter Good’s efforts, we have been able to do great things for The Good Shepherd Orphanage. We have been able to make donations to both the students and staff at the elementary school.

These donations have been in the forms of: books for the children, food for the children in staff, payment of bills for the schools, and other monetary contributions to the school and orphanage.

We also recently were able to begin on some physical changes to the school, with a full repainting of the outside.

What We Will Do…

We have big plans for the future of the school within the orphanage. We want to fix the ceiling, paint the inside, and also add new chalkboards and desks to the classrooms. As the school grows, we will also need to renovate the living quarters for the children and further renovate their kitchen and dining areas.
